    The Manager Marketing serves as a strategic marketing partner at our Resource Center, which services all of Alliance’s business lines and services. He/she is primarily responsible for supporting corporate and an assigned division(s) through effective marketing execution to drive profitable same-store business by working closely with cross-functional team members and leadership to deliver valuable, high-quality, and patient-centric marketing programs. In addition to a number of cross-division and corporate initiatives, this role will have responsibility for marketing our Interventional division, in collaboration with Resource Center colleagues and Alliance Interventional leaders and team members. Working closely with sales teams and account executives on behalf of their markets/partners the Manager, Marketing will engage in business-to-business marketing, business-to-physician marketing, and direct-to-consumer outreach.


    Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Lead analysis and strategic marketing in alignment with business goals with a particular focus on and responsibility for Alliance Interventional. Plan, manage and execute campaigns to drive same-store growth and lead generation.

    • Build productive relationships with key opinion leaders, operations and sales teams to understand market needs and optimize opportunities.

    • Write content for and oversee design/production of marketing materials, including but not limited to: advertisements, collateral, PR/media materials, blogs and social media posts.

    • Develop go-to-market strategy and implement high-impact digital marketing and media programs using multiple channels utilizing key messaging. 

    • Integrate consumer, customer and competitive knowledge with market data into upstream marketing plans when appropriate.

    Position Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study required; MBA preferred. 
    • Strong copywriting experience highly preferred
    • Digital Marketing Certificate preferred.
    • Marketing experience in healthcare, medical, or similarly regulated industry required. 
    • 5 years or more of marketing related experience in either a business-to-physician or business-to-consumer environment required.
    • Demonstrated experience working with a range of business, clinical, and technical professionals to help navigate marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Strong working knowledge of service marketing, plus experience in development of marketing plans on a regional and national level. 
    • Ability to influence across the organization using tact and diplomacy to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
    • Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed organization skills.
    • Ability to deliver high quality customer service and support and maintain a positive attitude internally and externally.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines with a sense of urgency.
    • Ability to be flexible in schedule and adaptable to constant change.
    • Ability to effectively handle and prioritize simultaneous assignments with frequent interruptions while delivering with accuracy.
    • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Knowledge of and adherence to company policies, protocols, HIPAA and safety guidelines.
    • Experience working with key opinion leaders/physicians preferred.
    • Technical/medical writing and copyediting experience preferred.
    • Working knowledge of graphics programs, including Adobe Professional Creative Suite preferred.
    • Experience with WordPress, marketing automation software, Google AdWords and Google Analytics preferred.
    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (wide variances month-to-month); may be impacted by direction and growth of markets.
