The Manager Marketing serves as a strategic marketing partner at our Resource Center, which services all of Alliance’s business lines and services. He/she is primarily responsible for supporting corporate and an assigned division(s) through effective marketing execution to drive profitable same-store business by working closely with cross-functional team members and leadership to deliver valuable, high-quality, and patient-centric marketing programs. In addition to a number of cross-division and corporate initiatives, this role will have responsibility for marketing our Interventional division, in collaboration with Resource Center colleagues and Alliance Interventional leaders and team members. Working closely with sales teams and account executives on behalf of their markets/partners the Manager, Marketing will engage in business-to-business marketing, business-to-physician marketing, and direct-to-consumer outreach.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Lead analysis and strategic marketing in alignment with business goals with a particular focus on and responsibility for Alliance Interventional. Plan, manage and execute campaigns to drive same-store growth and lead generation.
Build productive relationships with key opinion leaders, operations and sales teams to understand market needs and optimize opportunities.
Write content for and oversee design/production of marketing materials, including but not limited to: advertisements, collateral, PR/media materials, blogs and social media posts.
Develop go-to-market strategy and implement high-impact digital marketing and media programs using multiple channels utilizing key messaging.
Integrate consumer, customer and competitive knowledge with market data into upstream marketing plans when appropriate.
