Looking for strong communicator with HR Shared Services & LOA administration experience
The Lead Human Resources Operations is responsible for leading the activities of the HR Service Center, included processes, documentation, audit, team activity in ticketing system, and escalation of inquiries / issues. Will manage various HR projects and duties. Responsible for the administration of the company’s multi-state leave of absence (LOA) plan and responding to benefit questions related to coverage while on LOA.
