    The Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis performs day-to-day financial reporting responsibilities related to the Interventional Division of AHCS. Identifies and proposes strategic improvements to internal reports and related processes. Makes strategic improvements to reports and collaborates with business leaders to ensure reports present relevant information and support key business decisions. Works with others in FP&A group to address reporting needs supporting annual Plan, ongoing Forecast, and continuing operations. Works with both internal and external parties to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Uses critical thinking to identify appropriate treatment and collaborates with business leaders to ensure profitability.


    Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Prepare monthly division reports including entity financials statement, joint venture financial update and operating reports, board reports, distribution reports, partner draw reports, and partner quarterly compensation reports.
    • Prepare and assist Interventional Director of Finance with quarterly and semi-annual financial forecast.
    • Prepare and assist Interventional Director of Finance with annual five year budget planning process.
    • Assist with transition of division plan into new system that will centralize and streamline the process
    • Assist the division with models that increase transparency for division stakeholders including, but not limited to, productivity, revenue, and staffing.
    • Assist with ad hoc reporting, as needed

    Position Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • 0 - 2 years of related experience and/or training.
    • Financial Reporting experience.
    • Large systems experience, Adaptive Insights preferred.
    • Strong, concise written and oral communication skills necessary; strong analytical skills.
    • Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multi-task and work independently.
    • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and third parties.
