Alliance Radiology has rapidly grown over the past 30 years by providing radiology service line solutions, outpatient center management services, and mobile radiology solutions (Per Diem, PT, and FT MRI, PET/CT, CT).


    The Asset Specialist acts as an internal customer liaison between the Logistics group and Sales, Operations and Asset Management. Maintains data, systems and visibility to equipment availability, tags/reserves, USD, external equipment rental, inter-regional transfer, equipment disposal, and equipment support information. Other duties as assigned to support the Logistics and Asset Management functions.


    Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Coordinate storage of equipment/inventory assets including incoming and outgoing over the road. Ensure compliance as well as provide support for Operations. Support negotiations with vendors, carriers and suppliers, providing information and analyses as needed.
    • Assists in maintaining schedule, employees, Telogis and other relevant databases as well as integrating pertinent data. Ensures data is accurate and visible for Logistics, Ops, Sales and Asset Management. Maintain all company title work for tractors and trailers and be the point person with license/titles/registration for proper compliance. Maintain databases, including their structure, input, and accuracy. Conduct data mining and data analysis to find trends, patterns and opportunities.
    • Provides support and information relating to new and used equipment availability and delivery, external equipment rental, inter- regional transfer, equipment disposal, equipment support information and route restructure process and documentation. Analyze carrier bids, rates, costs, and tariffs to identify savings or best options.
    • Facilitates annual equipment audits and tracking of trailer registrations. Works with MO group to ensure smooth coordinated effort during our yearly audit process with complete and accurate data collection. Works with Asset team to appropriately and accurately update the TMS records based on system audits. 

    Position Requirements

    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required; Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Logistics or Asset Management required.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Communication (oral and written) skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook. Understanding of MS Access, SQL, and relational databases a plus.
    • Demonstrated strength in time management and organizational abilities.
