In this Patient Advocate position, you'll be collecting patient demographics and history, verifying insurance, and scheduling patient appointments for interventional pain management treatments. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, and eligible for the following benefits:

The Patient Advocate is responsible for maintaining and managing schedules to ensuer maximum capacity. Schedules new patient consultations, follow up office visits and procedures. Inbound/Outbound calls. Acts as a liasion for the patient within TPC. Processes and follows up on orders to ensure all patients are scheduled or followed up on, while ensuring every customer recieves the highest quality of customer service.
