    Job Responsibilities

    The Workday Payroll Analyst is the resident Workday resource on functionality and processes within the system. Back Up to Lead Payroll Practitioner and Payroll Supervisor. Maintains and creates Training Documents, acts as a trainer for new Payroll Practitioners, Attends meetings that related to Upgrades/New Functionality/Acquisitions, performs tasks assigned by Sr. Manager, Payroll related to these meetings, completes special projects as designated by the Sr. Manager, Payroll.

     

    Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Responsible for processing payroll for designated region.
    • Maintain and create Training Documents.
    • Verify all manual, adjustment and voided checks post in Workday.
    • Respond to Manager/Team Member inquiries on payroll policy, inclusive of questions related to Vacation/Sick/Float accruals, time entry requirements and information on Federal and State regulations.
    • Complete special projects as designated by the Sr. Manager, Payroll.
    • Support for future Acquisitions.
    • Create Workday Reports as needed.
    • Acts as a Workday trainer for new department Team Members.

    Position Requirements

    • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
    • 5+ Years related experience processing multi state payroll required.
    • 2+ Years experience with Workday Payroll, Reporting, and Time & Tracking Product required.
