Job Responsibilities

At Alliance Radiology, our team members focus on transforming the patient experience and delivering exceptional quality care. Alliance Radiology has rapidly grown over the past 30 years by providing radiology service line solutions, outpatient center management services, and mobile radiology solutions (Per Diem, PT, and FT MRI, PET/CT, CT).

 

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for providing procurement support and expertise regarding the maintenance of trailers and tractors. Will include vendor management, including onboarding and compliance, PO & invoice support, and work order maintenance support. Other duties as assigned to support the Maintenance function and our Lifecycle Management program.

 

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Work Order Management – Open initial work order request for repair services. Monitor all open work orders to ensure timely follow up and completion of work to department standards. Coordinate updates with the appropriate Equipment Specialist as needed.
  • Vendor Management – Onboard vendors and ensure vendor compliance to agreements, safety requirements, and processes as applicable.
  • Fiscal Management – Ensure PO policies are followed and coordinate with vendors regarding maintenance events. Match invoices and work orders to PO prior to authorizing payment. Assist Maintenance team on Lifecycle Management efforts to reduce cost and improve fleet uptime.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Some college (Technical school or Associate's degree) required.
  • Minimum of four (4) years experience in procurement role strongly preferred.
  • Technical aptitude and/or clinical engineering experience required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated strength in time management and organizational abilities.
